รายละเอียดงาน•Perform staffing process including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
•Work closely with the Function Heads to identify training and development needs.
•Oversee payroll process ensuring correctness and timely payment.
•Implement and maintain HR systems and processes.
•Ensure all company policies and regulations are applied consistently.
•Support staff and management on day-to-day issues.
•Serve as the point of contact for employees’ relations and communicate with employees.
•Provide support and guidance to solve employees’ issues to Function Heads.
•Handle disciplinary action and termination of employees by the company rules and regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in HR field and at least 3 years’ experience in manager level.
- Hands-on experience in payroll processing and employees’ relation issue.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Labor Law.
