1. Order processing: responsible for receiving customer orders, checking order information, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of orders, and timely collecting and sorting orders and uploading them to the financial system.
2. Data management: daily data statistics and sorting, including making and updating reports, to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data.
3. Customer service management: connecting with the operator/after-sales customer service team, handling customer inquiries and after-sales issues, maintaining good communication with customers, solving problems in the order process, and improving customer satisfaction.
4. Order delivery and inventory mangement: coordinate with warehouses, logistics and other relevant departments to ensure that orders can flow smoothly and handle returns and refund requests in a timely manner.
5. After-sales processing: responsible for handling returns and exchanges, logistics and express inquiries, and follow-up of abnormal situations, and summarize and promptly feedback problems in the sales process after sales, and provide solutions.
6. Financial management: collect and update various expenses of the e-commerce platform every week, analyze the use of expenses, and make optimization suggestions.
