- Plan budget and manage for the whole operations of the assigned Brand (Brand Management, Store Operational Management, Sale Target, and Merchandising Management)
- To build brand equity and deliver business objective (Sales, Market Share and Profit)
- Overall brands performance and activities (omni-channel)
- Be the point person for the assigned brand (Regional Office, Brand Principal, Key Accounts).
- Oversee all aspects of Brand Management for profitability and budget achievement
- Identify & develop innovative business by building SMART Action Plans To build brand equity and deliver business objective (Sales, Market Share and Profit)
- Manage/motivate in executing events to maximize daily business goals, promotional activities and launches.
