Job Description: 1. Control, monitor and follow up line production performance proactively in order to promote high efficiency and product quality. 2. Develop and improve working and production process for increasing efficiency productivity and decreasing loss. 3. Oversee entire operations of the factory to ensure all operations are practiced in appropriate procedures and cost-effective ways with best utilization of resources including machines, materials, and manpower. 4. Build development strategies for the factory in short-term, medium-term, and long-term. 5. Create comprehensive implementation plans to assure achievement of the strategies. 6. Coordinate with other departments (Sales and Marketing, Purchasing, Production) to operate in the same direction according to achieve the goal. 7. Supervise and control subordinates to work following the company standards based on safety awareness. 8. Evaluate subordinates’ performance.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Age 37-45
Male
Graduated B. Eng IE EE ME or Higher
High responsible, excellent decision, and motivate teamwork to achieve success
Able to work under pressure, Strong leadership.
Strong English and Thai communication skill.
Proficient operate on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Experience and knowledge of plastic bag packaging, food safety management, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 are the advantage.
