รายละเอียดงาน
- Partnership with business leaders to understand organizational goals and issues, as well as giving strategic HR guidance and insights.
- Provide HR Consultation on End-to-End HR Management to BU leader, managers, and employees.
- Work closely with BU management team in design HR strategy, manage, conduct and implementation of policies related to human resources, organization, manpower plan etc. with the goal of increasing/ maintaining employee engagement.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, probation, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Execute organization development tools such as organization structures, change management, and performance management.
- Handle complex people issues and investigation process.
- Develop retention strategy by people analytics of employee movement and exit interview to provide solutions.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Psychology, HR Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HRM / HRBP
- Strong understanding of HR practices
- Strong analytical, planning & mentoring and relationship building skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and developing good work relationships across the organization.
- Must be able to collaborate with all levels of employees.
