1.Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
2.Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
3.Installing and configuring hardware and software.
4.1st level support IT equipment & network equipment issue.
5.Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
6.Maintain IT stock & IT asset.
7.Support internal and external user to provide technical support to fix daily problem.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Statistics.
- Problem-solving skills.
- An ability to prioritise and delegate
- Team working Hands-on experience with computer networks and network installation.
- Ability to manage personnel.
- Experience 1 years or more
- work Monday - Friday
- Able to travel to other provinces
- Male-Female, age 25 -38 years.
