- Build strong relationship with distributors and wholesalers.
- Monitor and analyze market situation, competitive landscape, and develop appropriate tactical plan and strategies.
- Identify opportunities and develop business cases and execution process development, in-line with strategies, to deliver positive results.
- Responsible for the development of national sales strategy and marketing plan in the traditional trade channel.
- Ensure the achievement of channel sales-in target, distribution, coverage expansion, and market share.
- Develop, manage, and control the implementation of trade programs.
- Develop and improve sales system and customer service to attain highest customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product training and practice Sales Representative to deliver correct message, map out key competitors product portfolio, product and price position
- Manage and drive Distributor and Sales team performance to achieve sales out target with identified gap closing
- Responsible for Distributors performance and provide information on business review to drive business goal
- Analyze data and develop plan to drive continuous improvement in revenue and sales execution.
- Build strong relationship with customer team.
