To assist technical services management by performing technical analysis of manufacturing processes, systems,
heat treat, N/C programming, cellular manufacturing, etc. to permit effective management decisions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
• Tool design, assembly, manufacturing processing, cost estimating, systems planning, layout, standards,
releasing, etc. and requires the coordination of all disciplines.
• Ensuring optimum utilization of equipment and space by coordinating the layout of areas such as storage areas, test equipment, etc.,
• Coordinating the installation of new machines and equipment and process changes to provide the most efficient and economical manufacture or assembly of quality parts.
• Responsibility for expense budgets, capital forecasts and expenditures.
• May also be responsible for the acquisition of new vehicles and maintaining the fleet for a facility; disposition of surplus machines; investigation and negotiation of contracts.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering filed
- At least 3-5 years of manufacturing process or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of the planning system, manufacturing operations, facilities, methods and tooling required
- Knowledge of manufacturing and assembly procedures, planning processes, work standards relative to manufacturing and inspection and a thorough background in statistical quality control data and gaging specifications
- Strong collaborative, interpersonal, problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal skills are essential to develop a cooperative working relationship with others, both inside and outside the organization
- Good command of English communication and computer (MS Office) skill
