รายละเอียดงาน
- Plan and direct the organization’s activities to achieve goals/ agreed targets and standards for performance.
- Control the company’s operation in a productive, cost-effective, and profitable Delegate responsibility and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
- Manage and increase all Sale volume and Make the Marketing strategy to expand business with the Brand of the Company.
- Expand the Channel of distribution both locally and nationwide. - Analyzing and planning strategies for business development and growth.
- Oversee product design to meet customer requirements and business direction. - Liaising with MD to resolve post-sales quality issues, developing new product lines, and coordinating component purchasing needs.
- Maintaining inventory and managing stock levels - Drive new product development at the market level and by local & global.
- Involve and Support Offline and online marketing and execute any market research, advertising, trade Terms, NPD, social media, activities program, events, Media, Retail, Traditional trade & E-commerce)
- Ensure all working processes (SOP) meet the company policy, Monitoring sales and marketing teams to follow the company’s compliance.
- Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with departmental managers daily.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in the cosmetics, beauty.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth understanding of the cosmetics market, trends, and consumer preferences.
- Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with marketing, product development, and sales strategies.
- Excellent English is a must.
