Basic Purpose & Function Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including training, and performance management. Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees. Check production output according to specifications. Manage production resources, including equipment, materials, and manpower, to meet production goals. Analyze problems and implement corrective and preventive action. Monitor and report on production related process performance such as production downtime, efficiency, quality issue Ensure that employees comply with safety standards Supports Production line Packing & Forklift Perform other functions as necessary or as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of management experience and tasks & responsibilities
  3. Good Command in English/Computer literate
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.
  5. Have management and Leadership skill
  6. Production Planning and Scheduling
  7. People skill and communication ,Team oriented and support team
  8. Need to know about EHS
