รายละเอียดงาน
-Verify expenditures and accounting entries for accuracy and completeness
-Handle on overseas accounts payable and monitor AP aging
-Handle on DWI's expenditures in SAPB1
-Ensure correct matched with PO, PR and other necessary supporting documents.
-Handle employee reimbursement, advance payment and ensures correctness and completeness of supporting documents.
-Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and other related COA.
-Ensure correct handling of VAT and withholding taxes
-Handle full function of fixed assets, reconcile and provide physical fixed assets count
-Prepare data related to expenses for month-end closing
-Prepare all required external auditor schedules for annual audits
-Prepare the ad-hoc reports as required by management
-Other tasks as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Experiences in using SAP Business1 is a plus
- Working experiences in retail or beauty/cosmetics or FMCG business is a plus
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting positions.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable
