รายละเอียดงานKey Responsibilities:
1. Land and Property Oversight:
•Direct survey activities for land transactions, including buying, selling, renting, and property ownership transfers.
•Provide senior management oversight at the head office, ensuring timely updates to maintain current information.
•Manage and process land tax payments for construction purposes.
•Coordinate activities in accordance with periodic or per-period directives.
2. Document Management:
•Execute a power of attorney, propose signatures, and liaise with relevant parties using the E-memo request system.
•Administer and organize company documents through the Filing Management system.
•Monitor trademark filings, and renewals, and ensure the information is consistently updated.
•Prepare various contracts, such as those related to purchase, sale, rental, and rights granting.
3. Office Services Coordination:
•Oversee property insurance matters and handle related tasks, including filing claims for the company.
•Supervise and manage the company's insurance and vehicle tax concerns.
•Address additional administrative tasks as assigned.
