รายละเอียดงาน1.Assist in the administration of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures
2.Provide advice to line managers on best practice in all aspects of employment, including company policies and legislation.
3.Provide an advisory service to all employees regarding employment policies and procedures.
4.Oversee the timekeeping activities done by timekeepers and ensure the same is correct and in compliance with statutory requirements.
5.In charge of payroll calculation and personnel cost report to Finance department, monthly PIT report, social insurance report. Assist in the payroll management and processing.
6.Maintain, evaluate and participate in the company’s recruitment and selection process to ensure that the company recruits the best people for available jobs and complies with legislations and best practice relating to equal opportunities and avoiding discrimination.
7.Maintain all necessary personnel records to effectively monitor sick leave, annual leave(and others) availments; implement fair and appropriate company benefits
8.Prepare letters, policies and other documents in relation to terms and conditions of employment to ensure that the company complies with legal requirements.
9.Maintain and apply HR policies and procedures as directed by the HR and Admin Manager
10.Spearhead the management of employees’ disciplinary proceedings
11.Ensure that his/her subordinates comply with and practice the ISO standards.
12.Ensure all aspects of the organization and individual employees can accomplish their training and development work goals.
13.Organize opportunities for human resources improvement or employee development, inside or outside the workplace.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Preferably a graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public or Business Administration, general law or other relevant field
- With 4-5 years of progressive and responsible experience in supervising and participating in human resources activities
- With solid experience and background in general or specialized human resource work
- With related experience in using Human Resource Information System is an advantage
- With skill in utilizing manpower and resources in order to meet management’s and employee’s expectations
- Proficient in computer software and ability to use Human Resource Information System
- Knowledge and background in ISO, GMP, HACCP, 5S and Safety are needed
- Excellent interpersonal and intrapersonal skills in order relate well with employees from different levels
- With excellent communication skills to properly relay information and address concerns related to human resource procedures, issues and activities
- Good English language and analytical skills
- Able to counsel, motivate, guide and train subordinates on their job responsibilities
- With creative way of thinking over activities that employees can benefit and learn from
- Ability to do multiple tasks and is detail oriented
- With high sense of commitment and integrity
- Able to work under pressured environment
- With high sense of responsibility and knows what an accountability is all about
- Willing to learn new things and open for challenges
- Positive and able to respond quickly to concerns related to human resources
- With high sense of professionalism
