รายละเอียดงาน- Help answering phone calls and transfer calls where necessary.
- Receive visitors, exchange visitor pass and direct visitors to right channel.
- Exchange visitor’s Pass for teachers’ appointment
- Help to facilitate the student visa and parent dependent visa and other necessary documents with HR office
- HSK coordinator
- As a Contact person for already enrolled students (parents) to ask for school information
- Provide the information to currents parents of all school programs, events, functions, and school activities.
- Follow up school fees collection
- School tour (when assigned)
- Make appointment for parent with the teacher through section secretaries.
- Drop off Home work area and students’ items point
- Receive comments and complaint from parents and channel to the right department’s secretary for follow up actions. - Record complaints.
- Record and file Accident Claims to send to Insurance provider.
- Help translation English-Thai-Chinese where necessary
- Attend weekend roadshow where necessary.
- Other assignments (school exhibition, and other school events) by School Manager
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Holds a bachelor's degree
- Minimum 2 years related working experiences in an international school or organization
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Chinese will be a plus
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in excel, word, outlook, google drive, etc
- Commitment to high professional ethical standards to work in a Multi-Cultural and diverse environment
