รายละเอียดงาน
Job Description :
1. Conduct the technical training to dealers and customers.
2. Assist dealers in resolving issues and complaints concerning products.
3. Assist dealers in spare parts recommend .
4. Summarize the warranty claim from dealers.
5. Analyzation warranty claim cases.
6. Maintain contact with dealers to obtain customer feedback regarding product performance and quality.
7. Assist internal spare parts team for part information.
8. Coordinate with relate section for troubleshooting the complaint from customer.
9. Joint with sales section or dealer to site visit end customers.
10. Other as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male Only / Age 25-35 Years.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 2-5 year of field service experience in construction machine or heavy industry.
- Good communication, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good technical knowledge and skills on the company’s products and services.
- Good level of customer relationship management skills.
- Good organization skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Good command in English both speaking and well writing.
- Computer proficiency (MS office, SAP, CRM).
- Hard work, ability to work under pressure.
- Can travelling both local and oversea.
- Knowing for construction machine.
- Knowing for hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical system.
- Can operation construction machine.
