รายละเอียดงาน
1. Performs analysis of network security needs and contributes to the design, integration, and installation of hardware and software.
2. Analyzes, troubleshoots, and corrects network problems remotely and on-site.
3. Pre-configures and maintains centralized authentication systems such as two-factor authentication / Active Directory/ Open LDAP systems.
4. Pre-configures and maintains VPN systems.
5. Pre-configures and maintains firewall and intrusion detection systems.
6. Pre-configures and maintains IP load balancing and spam filtering systems.
7. Pre-configures and maintains Enterprise Antivirus systems and other software/hardware as necessary.
8. Troubleshoots Windows and UNIX permission and other related issues.
9. Updates and maintains customer’s Information security system topology and other documents as needed.
10. Monitors security system logs (i.e. intrusion detection system, firewall system logs, VPN, DNSSEC, etc.) and reports on discovered anomalies or problems (i.e. insufficient disk space, inappropriate access patterns) daily.
11. Tests new computer/router/switch/new technology/hardware and software solutions before implementation.
12. Administers and configures Windows and Unix-based systems, as needed.
13. Assists with network and web security assessments for potential business partners.
14. Assists with network troubleshooting and isolating network problems.
15. Keeps fully abreast of trends and changing technologies as they relate to IT and Network Engineering and Information Security fields. Engages in continuous process improvement.
16. Performs other related duties as may be required.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or other relevant field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of directly related work experience in network, security administration\ and engineering.
- Working knowledge of operating systems including Windows 2016, Windows 2012, Windows 2008, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and UNIX.
- Working knowledge of network security, Juniper firewalls, SonicWALL, Checkpoint firewalls Cisco ASA, intrusion detection systems, authentication mechanisms, encryption technologies, and networking protocols including VPN, SMTP, HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and SNMP.
- Strong analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships with all levels of personnel both internally and externally, e.g. leadership, executives, clients, vendors, and agencies.
- Ability to work in and constructively contribute to a teamwork environment and meet stringent deadlines
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and follow through including the ability to document work.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information is essential.
- One or more of the following certifications: Microsoft MTA, Security Fundamentals, CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CC
