รายละเอียดงาน
- Assist Chinese corporate clients in matching suitable retail spaces and office buildings.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Negotiate and contract with vendors and suppliers.
- Provide regular project progress updates and reports to senior management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- HSK 5 or above
- Bachelor's degree in Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Project Manager specializing in the retail real estate industry.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities for addressing complex issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
