รายละเอียดงาน
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals
- Answer telephones and respond to inquiries via telephone or email
- Arrange meeting and take minutes
- Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying
- Write emails, memos and letters
- Implement and/or develop office procedures and record systems
- Provide financial report and coordinate with accounting firm.
- Organize and distribute messages
- Prepare and mail outgoing correspondence
- Maintain confidential department files/records
- Perform routine bookkeeping tasks
- Provide monthly report to governments
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Be able to speak English and Thai at a professional level.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with environmental and safety regulations is a plus.
- Be able to comfortably commute to Onnut/Prawet area of Bangkok. Employment Type Full-time.
