Service Technician for machinery encompasses a wide range of responsibilities related to the installation, maintenance, repair, and optimization of various types of machinery and equipment commonly used in modern warehouse operations.
Core Responsibilities:
•To service and maintain machinery and equipment commonly used in a modern warehouse operation such as:
-Electrical installation (light fixtures, electric motors, electric forklifts, electric roller shutters, etc.)
-Firefighting equipment (pumps, valves, pipes, sprinklers, etc.)
-Machinery and systems providing added value (powder repacking line, liquid mixing plant, stretch-foil wrapping machines, overhead cranes, etc.) and others.
•Assist during the installation, commissioning, and operation of the above equipment jointly with the principal manufacturer and/or our in-house team.
•Conduct electrical as well as routine inspections installations.
•Ensure equipment runs smoothly at all times without unplanned interruptions
•Plan, procure & maintain critical spares list/inventory to ensure sufficient parts for maintenance
•Liaise/maintain close relationships with our suppliers, prepare RFQs/technical details and request/compare quotations.
•Prepare, present, and discuss service and maintenance plans, as well as accompanying quotations, for customers.
•Maintain a keen interest and profound understanding of new technologies, industries, and the opportunities and challenges they bring.
•Be approachable and open to concerns from customers, suppliers, and colleagues always.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's Degree/Vocational training in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics or other related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of field service experience in installation, commissioning, start-up, operation, and service & maintenance.
- Fluency in spoken/written English is a must
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Experience with online connection to the OEM’s after-sales service department via modem.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Able to work at FLS Supply Chain Center (Huai Pong, Mueang, Rayong)
