Researching the market to identify potential buyers and target markets for villas.
• Creating and maintaining a database of potential buyers and leads
• Scheduling and conducting property tours and presentations to prospective buyers
• Responding to inquiries and providing information on villas units, including pricing, amenities, and availabilities
• Negotiating and dealing with sales contracts with prospective buyers
• Coordinating with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and advertising campaigns for villas.
• Working closely with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and handling documentation and paperwork related to property sales and transactions
• Providing after-sales customer service and supporting buyer satisfaction and retention
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities in order to analyze sales strategies and tactics
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to foster repeat business and referrals
