1.Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth
-Develop and execute a 3-year global sales strategy to double revenue, prioritizing key international markets (e.g., Asia-Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Americas).
-Expand domestic sales in Thailand by strengthening partnerships with food manufacturers and distributors.
-Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions. Identify high-potential markets, distributors, and clients (e.g., food manufacturers, CPG companies, wholesalers).
-Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to align sales goals with R&D, production, and supply chain capabilities.
-Lead negotiations, pricing strategies, and contract agreements with major accounts.
2.Market Expansion & Client Acquisition
-Lead the global sales team to secure new B2B clients and partnerships in the food industry Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels.
-Strengthen relationships with existing distributors and negotiate large-scale contracts, key customers, and business partners worldwide.
-Establish long-term relationships with multinational food processors, ingredient suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
-Attend global/international trade shows , exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and generate leads.
3.Team Building & Management
-Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing global sales team
-Set clear sales KPIs, monitor performance, and drive accountability across the team.
-Foster a results-driven sale culture of accountability, innovation, and customer-centricity, ensuring motivation and alignment with company objectives
4.Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Partner with R&D to tailor modified starch solutions to ensure client needs are met with innovative solutions
