• Manage network systems and support IT requirements for our global operations spanning Denmark and Latvia.
• Provide end-user support, resolving issues, and conducting staff training to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage software and hardware support for systems used by the company, including POS, ERP (Microsoft Dynamics), email, and Cloud Server.
• Implement internal applications such as Power Apps and Power BI.
• Monitor IT infrastructure, including conference systems and CCTV systems.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular updates, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Mentor team members and transfer knowledge to other team members.
• Maintain security policies, document processes, and manage documentation regarding system configurations, policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and conduct regular system audits.
• Collaborate in IT projects with cross-functional teams and align them with business goals.
