1.Conduct end-to-end buying process from finalizing OTB, assortment planning, product selection, shipment and payment planning
2.Manage allocation and replenishment for the healthiest stock level in all store locations by considering store capacity, sales target and customers’ needs for individual store
3.To work closely with Head of Brand to plan product assortment and pricing strategy
4.Use analytical insights to adjust merchandising strategies and improve sales performance
5.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of products
6.Negotiating quantities and delivery time - scale.
7.Handling supply/production problems as they arise
8.Analyze sales data to identify trends, monitor product performance, and identify growth opportunity
9.Analyze market trends and customer behavior to develop product assortment strategy
10.Prepare and provide a seasonal product knowledge training session for store operation and related team.
11.Work closely with sales, marketing and VM team for excellent execution based on aligned seasonal plan
12.Prepare weekly report and monthly report
