รายละเอียดงาน- Identify training needs through job analysis & appraisal, in conjunction with HR Manager.
- Plan and review the annual training.
- Design and implement training programs for employees at all levels within defined timelines.
- Manage internal and external training providers
- Evaluate training program effectiveness, monitor results, and prepare reports
- Conduct employee orientation
- Maintain and manage training records
- Continue to renew membership of government agencies, associations, and clubs to maintain the benefits of using training services.
- Ensure training complies with company policies and regulations
- Prepare a report summarizing training results and submit it to the Provincial Skill Development Institute.
- Control and inspect the implementation of On the Job Training (OJT) of various sections, giving notifications, and keeping records by the procedures and regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business Administration, Political Science, Industrial Psychology or related field
- Having 1-2 years of Performance Management Systems, HROD/HRD, Learning and development, and Organization Development.(New Graduate are also welcome)
- Experience leading HR projects (preferred)
