1) To perform service, calibration and maintenance activities on all installed instruments according to Metrohm service standards.
2) To promote and sell Metrohm service products.
3) Increase service revenue.
4) Maintain customer satisfaction and retention.
5) Providing services at the highest ethical standards.
6) Others responsibilities per assignment in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Perform customer visit and/or remote diagnosis to determine suitable service support requirements.
2) Perform repair, maintenance and/or calibration according to Metrohm Service Standard.
3) Promote and generate quotations for all service products and spare parts/accessories with follow-up activities to close the deal.
4) Generate service and calibration reports/certificates.
5) Ensuring timely delivery and performance of service support activity.
6) Entry of all service activities and relevant data into the CRM system.
