รายละเอียดงาน
- Develop interior design concepts and layouts for condominium units, common areas, and amenities.
- Brief design teams on concepts provided by the Marketing team, ensuring alignment with brand vision and target market.
- Review and provide feedback on design proposals from the team, ensuring they meet project objectives and make revisions as needed.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors for design execution.
- Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture within budget.
- Prepare design presentations and detailed plans.
- Oversee on-site implementation to ensure quality and adherence to design.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in residential/condominium interior design.
- Proven track record of delivering interior design for large-scale residential or condominium projects.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong creative, communication, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of building codes and construction processes.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with multi-disciplinary teams.
