รายละเอียดงาน
-Collaborate with other department lead to determine supply needs.
-Purchase supplies development and materials according to company specifications.
-Coordinate and supervise receiving and warehousing procedures.
-Oversee distribution of supplies in the organization.
-Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies
-Supervise, evaluate and coach subordinates.
-Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers.
-Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
-Cooperate with production and assist in forecasting to plan future orders.
-Responsible for the incoming and outgoing materials and finished goods shipments logistic arrangement schedule to customer.
-Follow up the production plan and achievement of finished goods On-Time-Delivery (OTD) delivery schedule.
-Other tasks assigned by supervisors.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience, 1 years’ related working experience in material and purchasing management.
- Experience in shipping and receiving.
- Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Understanding of forecasting and budgeting.
- Working knowledge of ERP system.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- A problem-solver and good teamwork.
- Good communication and negotiation skills with internal and external.
- Have good English and Chinese communication Skills
