รายละเอียดงาน• Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner
• Meet and greet customers and visitors
• Supervise Maid, Drivers and Messengers for daily assignments
• Process for payment and petty cash of GA expenses
• Process for entertainment reports of Expatriates
• Process for Expatriates’ accommodation monthly rental charge
• Take care of company’s cars maintenance, accidents, keys
• Check all petrol bills before sending to A/C Dept.
• Take care of all requirements from Chonburi branch and control all documents between Bangkok and Chonburi (pick up & delivery)
• Check all monthly telephone and mobile expenses
• Check time sheet record and mileage report of drivers
• Check the overtime and salary of outsourced drivers
• Control and purchase the stock of kitchen supplies, car use items, medicines, and food necessary for BCP
• Arrange and make weekend schedules for all Expatriates
• Contact the landlord for all company matters
• Assist some miscellaneous jobs for Expatriates
• Support colleagues when necessary
• Other duties as assigned
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, General Administration or related fields.
- Leadership skills, analytical ability and problem solving.
- Contract management knowledge, service agreements design and monitoring.
- At least 3 years experiences in Administration, General Affairs or related job area
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Coordinating skills.
- Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
- Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solution
- Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts
- Have teamwork mindset.
- Good computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
- Good command in English, both written and spoken.
