รายละเอียดงาน
1. Make demo jig fixture for support new project and sample team.
2. Preparation & Control preventive maintenance jig fixture.
3. Preparation document for daily check sheet & preventive maintenance of jig fixture in factory.
4. Assign jig fixture name list , code and all detail document.
5. Supervision for control spare part of jig fixture.
6. Control jig fixture & process improvement & validation (fix the specification of device and jig fixtures)
7. Monitor evaluate and analyze information to prevent and solve problem of jig fixture.
8. Set up production line & Jig fixture for support trail run of new project.
9. Set up line & Jig fixture for support trail run of new project.
10. Discuss with Jig maker for jig concept design support new project.
11. Control process setting enhancement to fulfill yield of jig fixture and output accomplishment.
12. Control preparation to launch for new product, process document , record format, jig fixture.
13. Coordinate with concern department and related sections in the resolution of quality problems from jig fixture and in analyzing these problems for continuous improvement.
14. Manage and develop employees' knowledge and skills at work
15. Provide technical and non-technical recommendations for the team members.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience : 3-5 Years up
- Male
- 29-35 Years
- Can use AUTO CAD Program , knowledge PLC program , able to use Engineer Tools.
- Can use computer microsoft office.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 and IATF 16949
