รายละเอียดงาน
-Manage and supervise overall warehouse operation in order to complete as a customer plan.
-Analyze and find the ways to improve operation team to meet standard and efficiency such as Kaizen activities, Lean warehouse etc.
-Report operation performance of warehouse to customers and management team.
-Manpower supply and demand management.
-Manage & control the organization's KPIs as specified.
Control warehouse costs to the minimum while maintaining maximum efficiency.
-Planning for team development and follow up on the development of the team.
-Coordinate with customers, subcontractors and internal concerned parties.
-Any other tasks assigned by Senior Manager.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics/Supply Chain management or other related fields.
- Age not over 40 years.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and 3 years in supervisor level.
- Having experience in B2B & B2C warehouse will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge in Warehouse & Distribution Management System, and Supply Chain Management
- Experience in SAP System will be an advantage.
- Good computer skills: Excel, Power Point
- Good command of spoken and written in English.
- Problem solving, communication and leadership skills.
- Able to work at BangNa-Trad Rd.- K.M. 10
