รายละเอียดงาน- Coordinate various administrative tasks both inside and outside the company, such as booking cars, reserving hotels, and arranging flight tickets, among others.
- Handle office supplies management including purchasing and stock management with cost saving orientation.
- Responsible for fixed assets management including registration, upkeeping, maintenance and scrap in avoidance of waste, missing and loss.
- Responsible for external communications with building offices, vendors etc. Maintain good relationships for long term co-operations.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments, and prepare necessary materials and documentation.
- Assist as a Chinese-Thai/Thai-Chinese interpreter and translate document.
- Conduct the training for Thai and Chinese employees.
- Other tasks as assigned.
