รายละเอียดงาน- Coordinate various administrative tasks both inside and outside the company, such as booking cars, reserving hotels, and arranging flight tickets, among others.
- Handle office supplies management including purchasing and stock management with cost saving orientation.
- Responsible for fixed assets management including registration, upkeeping, maintenance and scrap in avoidance of waste, missing and loss.
- Responsible for external communications with building offices, vendors etc. Maintain good relationships for long term co-operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Faciliate visa and work permit process for foreign employees.
- Other tasks as assigned.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - At least 3 years experience in Administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, General Management, Language studies or a related field
- Fluent in Chinese (HSK 5 or above)
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Ability to work well independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Have experience in project management.
