Project Planning: -Defining project scope, goals, and objectives. -Creating detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. -Conducting risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies. -Establishing and managing project budgets. Team Management: -Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. -Monitoring and evaluating team performance. -Resolving team conflicts and issues. Project Control and Monitoring: -Tracking project progress and comparing it to planned schedules. -Ensuring quality assurance and addressing any deviations. -Generating progress reports and presenting them to stakeholders. -Adapting project plans as needed. Communication and Coordination: -Maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, both internal and external. -Facilitating effective collaboration between team members and other departments. -Resolving communication-related issues and conflicts.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Transformation, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Platform Development or IT Consulting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Organized and capable of handling, tracking and troubleshooting multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of information technology principles.
Leadership and team-building
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
