Job description and responsibilities
- Quality Engineer responsible to establish and maintain Quality management system IATF16949:2016 to ensure our manufacturing produced the product conforming to Automotive customer requirements and Bianchi Coating standards.
- Report to CEO on the performance of the Quality System including needs for improvement. To improve product quality to serve customer satisfaction, cooperate with operation team to investigation of nonconforming product to lead the key process to find an action / solution to prevent the issue reoccurrence.
- Working with development team to follow up new project activity to meet timing plan and ensure all relates quality topics meet customer requirements and Bianchi Coating standards.
- Prepare and submit PPAP for new model products and engineering changes.
- Plan and perform QMS audits to ensure work practices meet the IATF16949:2016 requirements and Bianchi Coating standards.
- Prepare Management Review, KPI result and actions to present to management team. Drive the team to achieve external and internal targets.
- Review and update quality manual, procedure, work instruction, forms in a regular manner.
- Work close with certification party for IATF16949:2016 audit and certification.
- Maintain and improve material from supplier to be in line with Bianchi Coating Standard. Investigation and analyze material issues and feedback to supplier and procurement to come up with the appropriate action plan.
- Ensure that inspection procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated. Assess product specifications of the Bianchi Coating company and compare with customer requirements.
- Handling customer complaints, working closely with project engineer and production manager/production leader to find out the best solution when customer claim due to nonconforming products.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in Quality system, Quality assurance, Quality control.
- Minimum of 5 years working with Automotive customer is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or any related experiences.
- Experience with Liquid painting is a plus.
- Strong leadership, flexible and can work under pressure.
- Good in People management and Time management.
- Know well how to priority and manage tasks.
- Knowledge of Quality System IATF16949:2016
- Experience of Internal auditor IATF16949:2016
- Solid technical knowledge on Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, PPAP and Control Plan, SPC, MSA).
- Technical knowledge on: Statistical analysis method, 8D report, Root cause analysis.
- Experience of dealing with suppliers
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
- Good Interpersonal skills with the right communication level including a good English (both written and spoken).
