Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for VJ recruitment, sourcing, and acquisition to expand and diversify our talent pool.
• Identify and engage with potential VJs through various channels including social media, industry events, talent agencies, and networking platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VJs, content creators, and influencers to facilitate recruitment and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand content needs and align recruitment efforts with the platform's objectives and audience interests.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with VJs, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and adherence to company policies.
• Provide guidance and support to recruited VJs, fostering their growth and optimizing their performances on the platform.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging talent, and competitive landscape to drive innovative recruitment strategies.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Strong network and relationships within the live-streaming or entertainment industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- At least 2-3 years of experience in business development, talent acquisition, or a similar role within the live-streaming or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record in recruiting talent, particularly VJs or content creators, and building successful partnerships
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet recruitment targets.
- Passion for live entertainment and a keen understanding of audience engagement strategies
