building management.
Manage mailroom and messenger on site and run the periodic plan ie. carpet cleaning,
order office stationeries and business card
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing
calendars, and handling correspondence.
Support internal engagement activities such as Office Merit, staff party, company
outing.
Provide support to Sales & Marketing activities.
Coordinate with IT support for system maintenance, laptop for new staff.
Coordinate with agency for expatriates’ work permit and visa.
Arrange for managers and expatriates’ business air tickets.
Take care of any assignments by direct supervisor.
