- Coordinate with partners sales network for sales related issues in order to generate maximum business volume under responsible areas
- Meet with sales team of each partner under responsible areas on regular basis to formulate sales plan and actions to achieve target
- Support sellers in all sales related matters to ensure smooth sales and after sales process
- Initiate new ideas to improve sales productivity under responsible areas
- Responsible for product knowledge and sales techniques improvement for sellers
- Deliver sales volume and other key drivers per target set
- Working closely with Generali internal team to find best solutions to maximize business volume

Bachelor degree in any related field
Experience in working in sales function of financial institutions / Banca from Insurance industry
Having Own car and be able to work in Upcountry
Have clear communication skill with positive and can-do attitude
Understanding Life insurance/ Banking / Investment is a plus
