-Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and marketing needs.
-Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and timely response to inquiries and requests.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including content, media, production team, etc. to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
-Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all work meets client expectations and agency standards.
-Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.
-Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, providing strategic guidance to clients for competitive advantage.
-Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, working with clients to expand the scope of services and increase revenue.
-Provide leadership to the team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
-Represent the agency at client meetings, proposal presentations, and performance reports
-Other duties as assigned by supervisors or MD.
