• Research and development of new products (NPD) according to customer requirements to ensure successful completion within the specified timeline
• Oversee quality control of formulas and flavors for OEM products and new products to ensure compliance with established standards
• Test improved products to ensure they meet the required quality standards
• Enhance existing products to better suit the market and reduce production costs
• Manage costs efficiently
• Manage and develop the team to strengthen their capabilities in alignment with the organization's goals

Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
At least 7 years of experience in R&D or product development from food & beverage industry
At least 5 years of experience at a managerial level
Strong knowledge of food regulation, standards and requirements
Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and conducting various analytical tests and experiments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding food quality and safety systems such as GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and Halal
Good command in English
Good computer skill MS Office
Able to work at Chachoengsao Plant (Monday - Friday 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM )
