1. Builds contacts and relationships with companies and golf groups.
2.Builds contacts and relationships with national companies for large group and event business.
3. Secures repeat business across properties.
4.Actively refers group business.
5.Builds brand awareness of Marriott Golf.
6.Sells National Corporate and Local Corporate Golf Memberships.
7.Works in conjunction with Sales Team to secure golf business.
8.Develops new channels of business within Thailand and overseas.
9.Sets out a calendar of activity, implements to time and to standandard and measures and reviews results.
10.Understands the overall market - competitors strengths and weaknesses of each comp set, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and knows how to sell against them.
11.Creates and implements innovative ways of building golf business'
12.Supports the sales team to develop and deliver a thorough sale and marketing plan for golf. Maximizing existing business and sourcing new markets
13.Provides golf specific sales training for relevant events teams
as required.

o Works with Sales and Marketing Team to create golf appropriate sales collateral and marketing materials, leveraging available eTools and Brand guidelines.
15. Acts as customer liaison with hotel during major customer event/ golf days ensuring daily needs are met and overall customer satisfaction.
16.Leading presence at all golf trade shows
17.Displays leadership in guest hospitality; exemplifies customer service and creates a positive example for guest relations.
18.Effectively resolves guest issues that arise as a result of the sales process. Brings issues to the attention of property leadership team as appropriate.
