รายละเอียดงาน
1. Control and reduce part defect form line follow KPI.
2. Control and improvement machine and equipment for increase produce efficiency.
3. Control and make documents are standard and easy to use.
4. Improve skill of subordinate such as training, coaching, and
activities.
5. Control and instruction of subordinates to achieve departmental goals.
6. Control production follow quality standards.
7. Coordinate with related department for achieve the target.
8. Evaluate the performance of the subordinates and report the results to the Leader.
9. Responsible for maintenance of machine and equipment used in production to be ready for production.
10. Follow up and review assignments for subordinates to perform and correct any deficiencies.
11. Analysis and report result daily production and problems to Leader.
12. Control of subordinates in accordance with the procedures or documents in ISO 9000,
ISO 14000, TIS 18000 or other standards prescribed by law and company regulations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic engieering,Industrial engineering
- More than 3 year for acknowledge about production line and more than 1 year about line Leader.
- Good command in English
- If you have experience in production control, it will be given special consideration.
- Have leadership, be careful, be proactive.
- Be diligent, patient, and able to work rotating shifts.
