Regulatory Strategy & Compliance : - Develop and implement regulatory strategies for food supplement product development and market access. - Monitor and analyze changes in food supplement regulations (e.g., FDA, EFSA, local regulations) and assess their impact on company products. - Ensure all food supplement products comply with labeling, ingredient, and manufacturing requirements. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant food supplement regulations and guidelines. Regulatory Submissions & Notifications : - Prepare and submit regulatory notifications and applications for food supplement products. - Manage the lifecycle of regulatory submissions, including amendments and renewals. - Ensure accurate and complete documentation for all regulatory submissions. - Prepare and maintain documentation for Novel Food applications where applicable. Labeling Compliance : - Review and approve food supplement product labels to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Provide guidance on health claims and nutrient content claims. - Stay updated on evolving labeling regulations and best practices. Ingredient Compliance: - Evaluate the regulatory status of food supplement ingredients. - Ensure compliance with permitted ingredient lists and usage levels. - Manage ingredient documentation and specifications. Agency Interactions: - Serve as a primary point of contact with regulatory agencies regarding food supplement matters. - Respond to regulatory inquiries and requests for information. - Prepare for and participate in meetings with regulatory authorities. Internal Collaboration: - Collaborate with product development, quality control, marketing, and legal teams. - Provide regulatory guidance and training to internal stakeholders. - Maintain accurate regulatory records and databases.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree in food science, nutrition, chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of regulatory affairs experience in the food supplement industry.
Strong knowledge of food supplement regulations and guidelines (e.g., FDA, EFSA, local regulations).
Experience with food supplement labeling and ingredient compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail oriented.
