Job Highlights Safety ISO 14001 9001 45001 39001 14001 Logistics , TSM Job Description Responsibilities: • Ensure the timely reporting of safety issues that have been reported. • Ensure the timely and proper escalation of safety issues with the Operations team and the external patrol party involved. • Enforce internal policies and processes for Occupational Health & Safety. • Gain an understanding of the business objectives specific to each country and provide health and safety advice and solutions. • Actively monitor Occupational Health & Safety KPIs and develop early preventive measures. • Develop and implement training and testing programs for Occupational Health & Safety emergency response. • Develop business cases to support investments in risk mitigation. • Collect and manage information or process data to identify meaningful trends for risk identification and mitigation. • Timely escalation and management of safety incidents. • Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Engage with members of the operations team to ensure full compliance with ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Requirements in operational activities.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• A minimum of 10 years of work experience in Health and Safety, specifically in the Logistics or Hub working environment, would be advantageous.
• A minimum degree or equivalent experience in Occupational Health and Safety or the Administration field is required.
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint presentations, is essential.
• Thorough knowledge of warehouse safety management is required.
• Extensive experience in managing personnel at various levels is essential.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Possessing excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style is crucial.
