Production Manager (IPC) 1. IPC security surveillance camera production and operation management 2.Be responsible for making and adjusting the quarterly and monthly production plans of the company and each production process. 3.Follow up the progress of the production plan, hold the production coordination meeting in time, solve the production problems, deal with the abnormal situation, and ensure the effective implementation of the production plan. 4.Guide and supervise the work related to product planning, production, factory management, raw material supply and quality, and deal with all kinds of emergencies in time to ensure the smooth progress of production. 5.Organize, implement, supervise and regulate various processes, quality, equipment, cost, output and personnel indicators of the production process. 6.Follow up the quality status in the production process, coordinate the communication and cooperation among various departments, and solve the problems in production in time. IPC生产经理工作职责： 1、IPC安防监控摄像机产品生产运营管理，制造竞争力打造，核心KPI分解达成； 2、根据订单交货期评审结果，主持制定、调整公司、各生产工序的季度、月度生产计划。 3、跟踪生产计划完成进度，及时召开生产协调会议，解决生产瓶颈，处理异常情况，确保生产计划的有效实施； 4、对产品的计划、生产、工厂管理、原材料供应及质量相关的工作进行指导和监督，及时处理各类突发事件，保证生产顺利进行； 5、组织落实、监督调控生产过程各项工艺、质量、设备、成本、产量、人员指标等； 6、随时掌握生产过程中的质量状态，协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题； 7、及时反馈生产情况，认真监督生产情况。

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

High school degree or above, fluent in English + Chinese or Thai + Chinese, more than 3 years production management experience in large manufacturing enterprises, working experience in IPC security surveillance camera industry is preferred.
Proficient in production operation and management, with rich experience in production management, cost control and quality management.
Rigorous production management and control process experience, with comprehensive lean production concept and rich lean production practice experience.
Have good planning ability, guidance ability, coordination ability, decision-making ability, strong comprehensive coordination ability and organization management ability.
