-Yield & Productivity Improvement for
** Electroless Nickel plating
** Anodize Process
- Laboratory Analysis and Calibration Management
- Jig/fixture Management
- Cost Reduction Project and Management
- Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes
- Making determinations for equipments, engineers , technicians and training needs
- Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
- Maintain High Quality Level Expertise with Standardization
- Strives to improve efficiency and sustainability of processes and product designs, and to reduce waste.
- Proposing new project / new technology and program budgets
- Leading research and development projects that produce new designs, products and processes.
- Determining challenge KPI for Engineering team and talent development.
- Ensuring the validity of methods / logically thinking used by Engineer
- Providing clear and concise instructions to engineering teams.
- Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.
- Coordinating work with other Department managers and relevant persons to create new products / projects / improvement activities
- Communicate effectively with customers
- Weekly Meeting with Top Management for Quality/Productivity/Project Improvement update
- Supervising the work of multiple teams.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in metal plating, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of electroplating processes, chemicals, and equipment.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and Thai is preferred.
- Good command communicates in English.
- Have knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001 or Similar standard.
- Good computer program Microsoft Office.
