•Gather business requirements and translate them into dashboard specifications and/or data models that effectively meet the needs of stakeholders •Identify data needs, data flows, data sources, inputs/outputs required, and engage with data producers/owners across business units to deliver solutions •Identify appropriate recommendations, and practical solutions with an estimated timeline and communicate with key project stakeholders which meet the needs of the business •Prepare documentation including user/data workflow, specifications, timeline, release notes, prototypes, UAT script and sign-off, and manual guidebook •Create and manage user stories with relevant acceptance criteria and scenarios of product backlog items •Communicate business and technical requirements to relevant data specialists (such as data architects, data engineers, and data analysts) for implementation •Handle stakeholder relations and priorities and manage conflicts from both development and product teams. •Assist the Business/Data Product Owner with timeline monitoring and ensures all features and functions are still on the product roadmap and timely delivery. •Support UAT and Go-Live to ensure high data quality and governance
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. 1 years+ of work experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or IT data consultant
  2. Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Health Science, or related fields.
  3. Experience with domain knowledge of Hospital related, Business management or HIS/ERP is a huge plus.
  4. Understanding SQL and database knowledge
  5. Ability to communicate effectively, both literate and in writing, in English
  6. Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, and BI tools (Tableau, Metabase, Qlikview)
  7. Proven negotiation and prioritization skills.
  8. Strong investigative and problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes of data problems.
  9. Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  10. Able to work in a high-pressure environment.
