รายละเอียดงาน•Responsible for HR functions i.e. Career Compensation & Benefit, Labor Law Compliance, Performance Management and Employee Engagement, etc.
•Maintenance of employee records (P-File, leave, medical claims etc.).
•Generation of offer letters & employee letters.
•Oversee and ensure smooth management of daily office admin tasks, attendance system.
•Managing Insurance policies, employee safety, security, welfare, wellness and health.
•Identify budding employee relations issues & address to ensure maximum organizational interest.
•Responsible for all engagement activities - budgeting and conducting the activities.
