- Takes responsibility and lead team for team contribution a safe working environment that results in attaining the group target of ZERO accidents.
- ensure that safe working conditions are designed and standardized for risks reduction for working practices.
- Risk assessment and risk reduction in responsibility area
- The responsibility in Software and instrument system for LCP I and LCP 2 and Ceiling tile (All area)
- Routine Maintenance (RM)
- Team leader of software and instrument of electrical maintenance team for preventive maintenance in order to inspect and maintain the machines system condition for machines reliability.
- Software back up for WinCC system LCP II, DCS Foxboro LCP I, Other small PLC and controller for all area including Ceiling Tile.
- Plan and manage for all Instrument calibration for all area.
- Propose to have all tools, time, and resources in order to work in an efficient manner.
- Lead team to the store spare part set up (min- max) and preparation the routine spare part replacement as Preventive maintenance plan for software and instrument tasks
- Coordinate with store spare part and plant purchasing to order parts for support electrical maintenance work and purchasing process.
- Improve Equipment Reliability (IER)
- Lead team to continuous improvement organization that focuses on improving and maintaining. Including software modification and system upgrade.
- Lead team to develop software and instrument of electrical maintenance team proactive habits that prevents equipment failures and provides guidance to plant on improving equipment reliability.
- Lead team to set high standards maintenance and embraces goals and objectives that are in alignment with reliability organization.
- Break down analysis by identify solutions to develop and implement for increase and sustain plant productivity.
- Demonstrate a high level commitment to the emergency breakdown and achieve minimum
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Degree in electrical engineer, Mechatronic, Instrument or experience in related filed
- Understanding on Plant Vision & Direction, objective and KPI then follow up
- Ability to work under pressure and Time limited
