- Manage the hiring process to prepare manpower to be proper with the organization
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Record employee profile and information
- Prepare daily manpower report to provide to Managing Director
- Prepare Company Organization chart
- Review company regulation to ensure legal compliance
Benefit & Payroll Responsibility
- Maintain compensation & benefits through the “B-Plus” Program
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) to be realistic according to policy and legal requirements
- Manage employee benefits properly
- Maintain salary adjustment and annual bonus
Training Responsibility
- Design and survey training need to prepare training plan and set annual budget on -the purpose of employee’s skill and knowledge enhancement
- Maintain internal, external training, on job training and other effective training programs
- File all relative documents to the government and Institute for skill development according to legality
- Prepare annual and monthly training summary report
- Monitoring and evaluate training result
- Conducts Orientation for newly hired employees and prepare the records
- Responsible on IATF16949:2016, ISO 14001:2015 system
- Prepare Pre-Post Audit related document
- Monitoring OJT and Skill Matrix
- Maintain KPI of the department
General Affair Responsibility
- Manage security guards, maid, driver, safety staff and company canteen
- Prepare Visa and Work permit document for foreign employment
- Reserve the accommodation, tickets etc.
- Support and promote company activities
- Maintain 5s activity, Weekly safety activity
- Prepare internal department document ex. PR, Repairing request etc.
Employee Management Responsibility
- Manage the employees in department to perform their duties as specified
- Allocate the proper duties for employees in the department
