The Civil Engineer Project Manager will lead and manage the planning, execution, and completion of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. This role will also involve sourcing and managing vendors and materials essential for project success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources to ensure the effective execution of house construction projects.
· Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
· Vendor Sourcing: Identify and establish relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers for construction materials, negotiate favorable terms, and ensure timely delivery.
· Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, control expenses, and adjust plans as needed to meet financial targets.
· Quality Assurance: Oversee the implementation of quality control measures to ensure that construction meets required standards and regulations.
· Permits & Regulations: Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes, permits, and environmental regulations.
· Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly to minimize project delays.
· Stakeholder Communication: Act as a point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates and addressing any concerns.
· Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and financial reports.
· Continuous Improvement: Promote the use of best practices and innovative techniques to improve project efficiency and quality.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years experience in project management for residential construction.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
- Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, negotiating with vendors, and supply chain management.
- Good English communication skill.
- Autocad/sketchup 3D
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
