Sales Planning and Strategy:
Develop short-term and long-term sales targets and strategies to achieve the established goals.
Team Management:
Supervise, oversee, and support the sales team, including recruiting and developing team members' potential.
Market Analysis:
Study and analyze market trends to refine sales strategies in alignment with market changes.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, addressing complaints and feedback effectively.
Sales Budget Planning:
Control the budget and expenses related to sales activities to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Performance Reporting:
Present sales performance reports to senior management for assessment and strategy adjustments as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Have sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management role.
Management Skills:
Strong team management skills and the ability to plan effective sales strategies.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication skills in Thai, Chinese and English, with professional negotiation abilities.
Real Estate Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the real estate market, including relevant laws and regulations.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop and improve sales strategies.
